Delivery and Customs

Currently, we are processing orders to UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia and the UK. We will provide updates as soon as we expand our services to these locations. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Dispatch and Delivery

To ensure next day UK delivery, please ensure you order before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excludes bank holidays)

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping for orders over £15 within the United Kingdom. We have the right to change offers at any point.

International Delivery

For deliveries outside the UK, please take into consideration that we at NUR will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by International customs. Any customers purchasing from outside the United Kingdom will be liable for import charges.

Delayed Delivery

If you are located in the UK and haven't received your order in 5 working days after you receive your shipping email, please contact us at info@nurshop.co.uk and we will investigate.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
