Returns

Here at NUR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

International Returns

All international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Once we receive your return, if your return is accepted after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Returns Conditions


You may return unworn, unwashed items within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
